DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL GOODS

Chichester Restaurants Pty Ltd uses Australia Post to deliver physical goods such as Hard Copy Gift Vouchers. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on location and the delivery method. 

We can deliver within Australia only. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or public holidays. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to the area you live in, please contact us. Anyone at the nominated delivery address who receives the goods is presumed to be authorised to receive the goods.

While we will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver by any requested or agreed date, we do not guarantee delivery on that date and we are not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.

RISK AND TITLE

Risk and title in the goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the Delivery Address.

PRICE

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUS$) and include GST.

CREDIT CARDS

Orders are by credit card only.  We accept Visa and Mastercard.  A tax invoice/receipt will be issued by email when your order has been processed. Your credit card details are not stored in our system, but are encrypted and passed through our payment gateway and onto the bank where they are securely decrypted.
